1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, challenge, coaching experience, or service offered by Square Tree Publishing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
2. Nature of the Program
The High Capacity Coaching Program and related offerings are designed for established leaders who desire to recalibrate how they carry responsibility, leadership, and personal capacity.
This is a high-touch, guided coaching experience. It is not passive, automated, or surface-level content. Participation requires personal engagement and responsibility.
3. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
All content provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
You understand and agree that:

5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations. Individual experiences vary based on personal factors, engagement, and circumstances.
6. Refund Policy
If you enroll in the High Capacity Coaching Program and determine within the first 7 days that the program is not the right fit, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the program.
After the initial 7-day period, your enrollment is considered confirmed so you may fully experience the work without interruption. No refunds will be issued after that time.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, recordings, downloads, and resources are the intellectual property of Square Tree Publishing and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Square Tree Publishing , its owners, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in any program or use of any materials.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

After that point, your place in the program is secured so you can fully experience the work without interruption.
